Directors' Message
The Directorate of Estate & Urban Health
In the heart of Sri Lanka, where the vibrant cities and sprawling estates meet, lies a mission-driven unit dedicated to transforming health outcomes for the most vulnerable. The Estate and Urban Health Unit was established with a singular vision: to uplift the health status of estate and urban under-settlement populations. These communities often grapple with inadequate housing, poor sanitation, and limited access to healthcare, making our work crucial in bridging these gaps.
